Do you have another question?
Is this only for people working in B2C or also for B2B?
The short answer: both. The method and techniques we discuss have already proven successful with both B2C and B2B clients. This is because: - We look at universally applicable principles of how the human brain reacts and how people decide. - The same person makes a decision one time in B2C and the next in B2B. Therefore, with the same brain and decision-making processes. You'll see that you can apply the same methods and techniques to both B2C and B2B: - The research method to uncover the emotions of your target audience - The techniques you use to appeal to the emotions of that target audience Naturally, you'll interpret this differently each time and also consider things like tone of voice. But that's not the focus of the course.
What should I bring?
Basically, nothing. You can take notes, but you don't have to. You'll receive the theory afterward via a handy cheat sheet. Do you have a campaign in mind that you'd like to practice or that you have questions about? Make sure you can show it during the session.

Are there any conditions to participate in the Summer training?
No, anyone interested in using the right words in the right places is more than welcome.
Can I also follow online?
No. The event will only take place in person. Part of the appeal lies in practicing the techniques immediately and interacting with other participants. You will receive the slides and a cheat sheet with the psychological techniques afterward, but there will be no live broadcast or recording of the training.
